My complaint:
Open the puff in front of her and said it’s a fake and she says wel you opened it I can’t return it, first off you guys shouldn’t be selling fake product , I want a refund of my money
Suggested solution:
They can give me a refund and stop telling these fake products that can be harming people less knowledgeable then me
