My complaint:
Manager taking money tried to get $2.00 dollars over advertised price for wash, claiming trucks were $12.00 not the advertised amount of $10.00 . When I stated that’s not what the sign says…he stated uhh we charge additional $2.00 for trucks. No telling how many elderly people he has wrongfully overcharged to pad his personal pocket.
Suggested solution:
Immediate firing of corrupt manager. He is giving Arco a bad reputation. Replace him.
