My complaint:
im at an arco station that is out of compliance. allowing the public to enter the location that did not have on face
face covers !! and gloves!!! allowing customers to enter and the sate law says that all CA locations operating must wear a mask and gloves to enter said location. so i asked the cashier why are ppl allowed to enter?????????.
cashiers response what am i to do about that??

i speak with the manager and the whole location was not incompliance with state guidelines in regards to covid -19 .REQUIRES FACE COVER AND GLOVES IN CA
. they smoke infornt of the door. causing the me discomfort because i go there all the time. they did not give any informaition of some one i could speak to about this. it’s a possible franchise location because the manager stated he is the owner.!!!what a owner.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE OR IT NEEDDS TO SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THEY DONT FOLLOW THE RULES. IM SURE OF YOU ARCO BUSINESS POLICY AND THE STATE GUIDELINES HERE IN CA
