My complaint:
Came in to purchase gas and lotto.
Cashier was engaged in a telephone conversation.
She appeared to be upset by the tone of her voice and facial expression.
I had to repeat my request for the gas pump as well as the lotto request.
She made an error with my lotto and angrily stated she could not cancel it.
Suggested solution:
Counsel this individual on not bringing her personal issues to work and taking them out on innocent customers!
