My complaint:
At 6:00am I went into Arcco gas station on 1855 to get hot water in my thermos container. I frequent this gas station most mornings for the same reason. Today, on 3182020, I was denied hot Water for said coronavirus precautions. The explanation from employee Mr. Axel and morning manager did not make any sense. It appeared very discriminatory. I was denied water due to the coronavirus.
Suggested solution:
Not certain. A verbal reprimand may be satisfacory.
