My complaint:
I work right next door and get gas here often since I am a delivery driver , I needed 10 dollars in gas but the pump did not work , when I went back in they did not help me get gas but instead argued with me about how I wasn’t charged the 10 dollars , which was beside the point , I NEEDED GAS. Wether I was charged or not did not matter . I just walked out . You have lost my business for good. The male gas attendant was rude the female with colored hair just acted dumb. The older lady there has always been nice and handled things well, she was not apart of this situation.
Suggested solution:
Not be rude to people , listen to your customers and instead of taking a defensive stance try to help people with their problems.
