My complaint:
During a graveyard shift at an Arco location on Highland Ave and Victoria Ave in Highland, California, an employee displayed rudeness around 2:55 AM. My 60-year-old mother requested assistance in retrieving her lost Bank of America card, which had fallen under the counter. Despite the store being empty and his colleague on break, the employee was reluctant to search for the card.
As a result, my mother had to wait outside the store. The employee prioritized cleaning counters over attending to a simple task like finding a lost card, leading to a disappointing experience for both me and my mother. This behavior raises concerns about the employee’s commitment to customer service and suitability for their role at this store.
Suggested solution:
He should be fired or laid off you ever treat your customer like that no matter what business your in any reasonable sane person would not make a older lady sit in the cold
