My complaint:
I went into the store bought gas and was attempting to redeem my lottery ticket which I had scanned the ticket before I went into the store and it was a winner when I handed the attendant the ticket he scanned it and told me it was not a winner and I told him that was not true and I wanted my ticket back he attempted to give me another ticket but I told him that was not the same ticket and he reluctantly gave me the ticket back I then rescanned the ticket and it said not able to process the ticket and I would have to contact the lottery. I knew what he had done. I called the next day to speak to the owner and was told to come back to the store I went to the store and met with the manager he told me he would look at the surveillance camera he came back to me and said he saw it on camera he told me that the person would be fired
Suggested solution:
I think I should receive a monitary amount for all my trouble
