My complaint:

08062020 5:30pm
Asked the cashier for $30.00 gas and 4oz Takis, 17fl oz ICEE, 1.55 chip ahoy, 16.9 fl oz naked coconut water. He verbally stated $35 dollars and cents. I requested for my receipt. As I was walking towards my car, I noticed the receipt did not have the correct amount and did not have my card number. I went back to the cashier. He went to several receipt and handed me one. As I was putting the gas in the car, I again noticed the cashier did not give me the correct receipt. I immediately checked my debit card account and it shows a charged for $45.05. My suspicion was right, he deliberately overcharged me! Went back inside and the door was locked. I waited and watched several people tried to go inside to pay but the door remain lock.

I immediately filled a complaints to 1-800-322-2726. I received a call from a store manager named Ricardo on 8102020. He placed me on hold for 4 minutes and then said I need to look at the video ..will get back with you. On 8112020, Manny who identified himself as the store manager called. He asked for the last 4 digits of the debit I used then said will get back with you.

I again called 1-800-322-2726. They told me they are just a third party and all they can do is forward the complaint to the store manager.

I want the store manager to apologize to me for the inconveniences that his employee put me through. Return the money that his employee pocketed.
