My complaint:
Employee made a mistake by adding gas money to pump 3 when i specifically told him pump 5 and another car was pumping on 5 .He seem very disoriented possibly under the influence with drug or alcohol. First he admitted it was his mistake then he started blaming the customers. Many other customers present also mention the same employee has done this mistake multiple times. actions needs to be taken against this employee.
Suggested solution:
This is not the customers mistake and therefore he should at least acknowledge his mistake we dont mind paying for our own gas but he should take responsibility for his mistake. employee need of disciplinary action since this is a recurring issue.
