My complaint:
I parked my large vehicle out everyone’s way like always, sometime in February, I was being yelled at by an employee named Sonia, She cursed and told me to move my f truck , “in Spanish” so I did. I used to come every day for the last 3 yrs because I’m working on the 101 freeway and would get my coffee there. I’ve never had a problem with my truck being parked for a few minutes while I get my coffee. I’ve haven’t gone back since today and was hoping not see Sonia and there she was by the coffee machine, I went to get coffee and there was none and she made it clear that there was no coffee and to get out of the way. I asked her why is she so disrespectful I didn’t know, and she made a comment “You should go to school so you could know what disrespect is!” So now, I know that it was not “the large vehicle” that bother her. Very unprofessional she needs to have better customer service. Never going back!!!
Suggested solution:
Have her go to school for better customer service.
