My complaint:
Every time I go to this gas station my husband and I always are getting discriminated through this certain employee name Biolvelelo. I was standing in line to pay for my guys is she rung up customers behind me she called everybody to the register except me and then when I asked me to a manager and the manager said, what do you do if she doesn’t like you, so he basically justified her behavior. as I was standing in line to pay for my guys, she decided to speak Spanish why I was standing there, and started laughing at me along with the rest of the other customers that was standing in line.
Suggested solution:
A manager or Distric manager need to get back to me asap. This is a situation that I’m not going to take lightly. This has to stop and the fact that she is racist and the manager of the location justifies her action and nothing is done
