My complaint:
Originally went there to receive gas. I prepaid 20$ in gas. My card was partially approved. The attendant at the time didn’t know what to do. So had asked the manager Denise for help. The mangers response to Amanda the attendant was verbal assault. She raised he voice as loud as she can. Telling the attendant she should know how to do this and ripping the receipts out of the attendants hands. In the end. My card is clearly charged 20.73$ and no credit was given back. This manager has no respect for employee. The customers and ultimately stole 20.73$ from my credit card.
Suggested solution:
This manager needs to be talked to and reports for abusing her employees and patrons. It was more then enough to file a complaint and not just leave it alone.
