My complaint:
This station repeatedly refuses paying customers who are buying gas to use restroom facilities. They are rude if you reasonably press the issue since it seems the arco policy is to make restroom facilities available to paying customers while they are filling their gas tanks. Please let me know if Arco approves of this refusal.
Suggested solution:
just let me use the restroom if i need to when purchasing gas
