My complaint:
I walked into arco gas station on 2nd St. Next to bank of america and this middle eastern lady named Rita just had this ugly attitude! I worked in retail before and never had attitude towards people no matter what my day was like wrap or not I did not act like that to the other comes to me. She must’ve thought i was homeless asking me for my EBT card or if I was using one. Rita needs to be checked out or i will call district manager. Customer isnt the same anymore
Suggested solution:
Tell her to get over her problems or whatever do not bring your attitude to work if I need to I will show her what to do about a job like that
