ARCO Gas Stations complaint: Charged credit price for debit

My complaint:

The station is gouging customers by charging credit pricing when customers use a debit card which is cash transfer

Suggested solution:

Quit gouging customer and use the ARCO customary ATM fee of .35 per fill up
