My complaint:
Took 25 minutes to put 16.392 gallons of premium in my tank. Attendant told me he mentioned it to the station and they said that was normal. I was trying to keep my my cool so I continued to let it pump. Then I look down at the tank filler and gas was running out on the side on the car. He told me they don’t always shut off. I know that can’t be true or even legal. He came out and put an out of order sign on the pump.
Suggested solution:
Not sure. Send me a partial refund? You decide. I use this station EVERY WEEK.
