Arbys complaint: Terrible fish sandwich and super slow service

My complaint:

On Sunday, April 10 there were three cars in front of us. From the time we placed our order to the time we got to the window for pickup, twenty minutes had gone by. Far too long to wait for our food. When we finally got our food the fish sandwiches were soggy and wilted. the tarter sauce was placed without care on the edge of the sandwich. Also, the lettuce was sparse. Very poor presentation! The crinkle french fries were great. I was watching the vehicles in front of us and each vehicle was handed a small bag of food…so not very big orders at all.

Suggested solution:

I believe that some training needs to be done at this store. Maybe one or two tickets are handled at a time...unacceptable. As a short order restaurantfood business owner, I know that speed is crucial. I feel the cooks at this store should be trained to be able to put more volume out in less time.
