My complaint:
hi, I have long frequented the Arby’s in my town and lately service has been worse than normal. LONG wait in the drive thru, inside NOT open. We cannot wait for the fish special to come around, 2 for $6? bargain!! and the fish is fantastic! we always recommend it to anyone we know! tonight?? I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes only for the most awful fish sandwich we have ever had from …. from anywhere!!! the fish tasted spongy, had a fishy odor that it never has before, and it was hard around the edges like it was fried and refried. and the fries were cold.
Suggested solution:
address what is going on at the store? I realize employees are sparce but there is no excuse for refried food, if that is what happened and cold fries straight from the kitchen to the drive thru to me.
