My complaint:

My injury happened on 5722 where I slipped and fell from the waterliquid on the floor in front of the condimentdrink area and had to go to the ER for treatment of my knee. I feel like I am getting the run around with all of the insurance agents that my claim has been passed around to so many different people that claim they are handling it but don’t tell me anything or even respond to my emails. Soon I will have to contact an attorney, I was hoping we could resolve this without one. I have always loved Arbys and still drive 25 miles one way to eat there. This company somehow, needs to get their insurance agent to respond to me and handle this claim. It’s been too long.
