My complaint:
Placed an order in the drive through asked for the new big game burger and the cheese steak sub got up to the window they informed me they were out of the big game burgers could I take something else so I said yes I took a beef n cheddar
No word about being our of sub buns I got everything got home my boyfriend opened his supposedly cheese steak sub at this time it was not. there was no peppers no onions not even sure it was chopped steak just something and some kind of sauce over it not to mention it wasn’t even on sub roll
I was highly upset order was over 25.00 for absolutely nothing we wanted I’ve usually had good service and food but not this time I called the facility and they said they would have someone make it right or call me at this time I have not heard anything from anyone
