My complaint:
I went through drive-thru to purchase 1 Smoke Brisket Sandwich and 1 Cheddar Cheese Beef Sandwich. The Smoke Brisket was not fitting for an animal. The sandwich had old scraping parts of meat, which was very little old pieces. It did not consist of slices and the onion on top was not crispy. It was withered and old and wet. I tried to to contact the store several times and no one ever answered the phone. This location is never too busy to answer the phone. Doing business like this they need to close because we should be able to get a quality sandwich for the money we pay! Arbys should be making market fresh sandwiches not junk! These sandwiches are not cheap and I like quality food, but I will never go back to this location.

Total:$11.31 for the two sandwiches. I would like my money back because at this time I do not trust going to this location ever again.
