My complaint:

went to your store @ 8103 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena, MD 21122 @ about 6:58pm, 8-27-20…To begin I had to repeat the order three times…When I got to the drive thru window I mentioned to the employee, I hope this order is right, I guess I will have to open it to make sure…The last order I got back on 8-25-20 was wrong which I didnt find out until I got home….Well, your employee acted like she didnt want to hear anything I had to say and slammed the service door shut slinging water onto me and the inside of my vehicle…It had just rained…And then she brought some other employee to the window and this other employee asked what’s the problem…I told her and she did the same thing … All I can say is Bad Training and Bad Supervision…
