My complaint:
I went to an interview for housekeeping. The district manager called me and set up the interview for the following day. I went to the interview and filled out application and gave all info requested. *** the Asst Manager was nice, but told me numerous lies.
Because he had been lied to also. Another lady was there from dietary who took over the interview. She has nothing to do with housekeeping. I called and texted **** after interview and following day. He was rude to me. Today I texted him and asked if background report had come back. It usually takes maybe a day because I have no record. He didn’t answer but then told me he couldn’t get hold of my reference. which is a lie cause they told me of the number and sketchy call from ****.
After 2 texts he said call him because of business practice. I said no because texts are evidence of this conversation. He then texted back that they were not moving forward with me. They never did background on me or checked previous work. Not a good person
Suggested solution:
Remove **** from his position. He is abusive
