My complaint:
Hello I am a long time customer of yours in Stuart, FL. I am writing to file a complaint on your Fort Pierce manager Brian Becher. When I last seen him a few months ago he was very rude and unprofessional. He was trying to muscle my wife to sign a renewed contract that was more expensive then our former contract. She said he was very aggressive and used fowl language. When we would not sign he stormed out of our place of business. Quite honestly had he not acted do poorly we could have civilly come to an agreement. I have been trying to call him and he picks the phone up and then ends my call. A few times he answered used fowl language and then hangs up. In the 25 years Ive been in business I never come across a manager who has such poor behavior. I believe Aramark needs to seriously evaluate who you have representing your company. I have a colleague who also uses Aramark and he said he was very rude to him as well. I really do not appreciate how he talked to my wife. Anyone who speaks to a woman like that should not be in a head position for a company as well known as yours. Quite frankly I think he needs to be terminated. At the least investigated.
