My complaint:
I bought a card at the Toledo Correctional facility for the vending machine in the visit hall the machine spit the card out but not enough where I could pull it out then while attempting to retrieve the card the machine sucked it back in. The officer said I could file a refund paper so I purchased another card and when I tried to load 40 on it the screen read 40 deposited and total balance 20. I files out the paper for both amounts and complaints it’s been over a month and I have not received anything.
Suggested solution:
Provide a refund for my money $25 total
