Applebee’s complaint: Very Dissatisfied

My complaint:

I was very dissatisfied with trying to place my order tonight on Friday night January 6th. My wife and I frequent your restaurants quite often usually at the outer loop location in Louisville Kentucky or the Fern Creek location and Louisville Kentucky but I trying to order online for my wife and I and our two grandkids and after three tries decided to give up because it would let me order the kids meal and that we wanted the two for 25 and every time I click the two for 25 it just brought up a bunch of writing so then I called the number for the outer loop location and it went through the automated thing to take the order and took the kids meals but when I tried to do the two for $25 it got confused and messed it up and gave me to a live representative and they took my orders for the 2 for $25 and two kids meals but they could not place the order they said it would not go through so they were trying to contact the restaurant on the phone and find out what was going on and try to find out about the online problem and then I was instructed that they had register restaurant and they were going to repeat the order so I would not have to and then the restaurant would talk to me but I got disconnected somewhere during that process and I just said to heck with it and chose to order pizza because my grandkids were hungry as were me and my wife so this was a very disappointing evening as we were looking forward to Applebee’s and decided to try the online app to order but had to call it in and still couldn’t get it ordered and it was about a $48 order so I just wanted to bring this to your attention that I was very dissatisfied with this process
