My complaint:
We’re regulars at this Applebee’s, going on 6 years now. We spend 50-60 dollars each time we. dine. I understand that it’s a hit or miss type thing dining so often. We ate. Dinner there last night our bill was $72.00 approximately. We both had the half rack of ribs and they were so tough I barely touched mine and my husband picked over his. When I complained about the situation my server got the manager and he offered me an INSULTING DISCOUNT, of 10% off MY MEAL. Which totaled a WHOLE $1.98. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NEVER WASTE ANOTHER PENNY IN ANY APPLEBEE’S ESTABLISHMENT!!!! I would like a decent resolution to the issue or I can contact the Federal bureau of consumer protection to file a complaint. I can be reached by email @ parriscynthia7@gmail.com. Suggested solution:
I would like my money refunded for at least the amount of one half rack of ribs dinner. Or I will accept a gift card for the amount of 72.00 for the entire two orders of ribs that we could not eat.
