My complaint:
We went to the restaurant about 25-30 times we go every night we get nachos and cheese sometimes they charge us $15 sometimes they charge us eight dollars every time they do it all we want is we want nachos with extra cheddar blend they mess it up every time never was offered a free meal never offered to take money off the other night we were there with the manager was there she brought it on nachos there was hardly any cheese and they were stale and we told the bartender because we were eating at the bar the manager that was pregnant I don’t know her name came over and said what is the problem now with an attitude and then took the things the food away from us and I told her why she’s so rude and then she went to walk away from us rolling her eyes then came back and threw the plate on the bar and never even said she was sorry anything and we had to pay full price $15 again never was offered a free drink never was told we’re sorry
Suggested solution:
They should offer us a coupon to get some free food or free drinks or something cuz this is ridiculous it's been going on for months
