Applebee’s complaint: To go order (my phone experience)

My complaint:

I called to make a to go order at apples bees location first I ended up waiting 5 minutes until I could finally speak to someone. They were complaining they couldn’t hear me.. once I spoke to someone else they had no problem. I asked for extra sauce they said they couldn’t do that because they were getting in trouble by corporate so I said I’m placing a to go order and asking you to add that in now, I already had to wait 5 minutes to finally speak to a person then I’ll have to wait longer for them to run back in and get me sauce when you can just make a comment I want that now when I’ve already had someone do it for me before? …. the point of car side is for it to be fast and convenient. She told me I can’t have everything free and given to me in life and then hung up on me. I called back so I could get my order but spoke to a manager at Aston location who was very nice and said it was probably someone from the phone service. The girl who spoke to me like that was so rude and should be fired or have customer service classes to learn how to speak to someone. I’m very disappointed I’ve been going to Applebee’s for years and doing car side to go for years and NEVER been talked to or treated like that here or anywhere at a restaurant.

Suggested solution:

Have the woman who took my call either fired, reprimanded or have to take customer service classes to learn how to speak to someone.
