My complaint:
I go to the Applebees at least once every two weeks and usually spend $40.00 every time by myself. This time the food was wrong. I ordered Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp with a side of broccoli not mashed potatoes and also NO onion. It came with mashed potatoes and onion. Also I ordered two drinks. When I told the waitress I wanted another drink she acted like she was shocked and that I drank too much. I didn’t appreciate that.
Suggested solution:
I would like a $20.00 gift certificate which I will spend back in the store.
