My complaint:
I was at the bar waiting for my take-out order and a man who was next to me started banging on the bar with his hand and it was kind of disturbing. I kindly asked him to stop and he was acting rude towards me, telling me I don’t own the bar and swearing at me. I thank called the bar tender and td him the situation, he than called the manager. When the manager got there the patron continued to swear and belittle me. And your manager, (jen) started telling us to stop, but this guy did not stop and instead of asking him to leave we were both asked to leave. I did not start the figjt nor did I escalate it. Your manager showed no professionalism at all.
Suggested solution:
Fire her.
