My complaint:

When we went to Applebees tonight, we seen the thing you scan on the table to see the menu. We told the lady that seated us that we did not want to use the app. We needed a menu. She very rudely told us that we would have to take it up with our wait or. We ask our waiter for a menu. He told us that they do not have any menus. We reluctantly just placed an order on what we had ordered before. After we waited for a very long time, our order arrived. Mine was not what I ordered but we did not have the time to wait another half HR for the correct meal. After we had eaten, another couple seated behind us told them that they didn’t use the app. The same rude employee told the lady to take it up with their waitor, but when the gentleman sat down, the employee must have known him because she brought them a menu. She told them she just happened to find one menu. A slap in the face. I asked the wait or why we couldn’t have a menu and he said he guessed it was because of touching the menu. Well he didn’t mind touching our credit card when it came time to pay. I was so mad that I felt like steam was coming from my head.

Suggested solution:

They should have brought us a menu. Not everybody wants to use their phone in a restaurant. We try to teach our children not to bring their phone to the table and now this. It's just another way of being ruled.
