My complaint:
The manager Desiree or dez treats employed unfairly or un equally. She treats some servers as better then others and doesn’t cut some server bc she doesn’t like them even if that haven’t been sat for hour. She talks crap behind servers backs and causes drama
Suggested solution:
Ask other servers how they feel about her. If they feel cared for or treated equally
