My complaint:
On Friday, July 21, my coworker, and I visited your establishment about 6:00PM. While there one of the coworkers noticed a bobby pin on the side of her plate, she immediately told the server she apologized was very nice and proceeded to make her a fresh new plate, next we ask for the manager , the manager came out and immediately question us as “ do any of you have bobby pins in your hair because we have nothing but men working in the kitchen.!!!! We came to your establishment as counselors since we have the summer off with the intentions of decompressing, laughing and enjoying good food however, it was insulting for him to accuse us of the possibility of placing That object on the plate when we asked him for his name, he proceeded to say you don’t need to know that then he said they call me “ CJ “ we ask for the last name and he refused to give it . it was a total embarrassment, especially there were other people that heard the conversation and your establishment!
Suggested solution:
Talk to manager about his skills which lacks problem solving .
