My complaint:
My debit card was charged 6 times or my lunch which came to $12.66. It should have only been charged 1 time for $12.66. I have my receipt and my bank statement. I talked to the manager and was told the computer was not working correctly. i was not asked to bring my receipt in and get a refund. My lunch cost me $63.30. My bank has been notified of the fraud. My bank should not have to credit my debit card because your waitress committed fraud. I asked the manager why I was not told of a problem. She stated they didn’t know until the end of the day. I will never go to your restaurant again!
Suggested solution:
Give me back the amount you over charged me.
