My complaint:
3 weeks ago I placed a curbside order. I ordered 2 whiskey bacon burgers and drinks. When I returned to work with mine and coworkers food, there was NO fries.
Tonight I went to restaurant with friends. I ordered the strawberry balsamic salad. My salad was delivered after everyone else was halfway thru their food. The salad had NO strawberries, no onions, no vinaigrette. Just meat and lettuce. I complained to the waitress, she took the salad, never offered to bring me something else. The manager never even came out to apologize or anything. I believe thar is last time me and my friends patronize that restaurant
Suggested solution:
People need to get what they pay for...prepare the food according to your menu.
