My complaint:
We waited for 30 minutes. For the waitress to acknowledge us before asking what we would like to drink. After she took our order I asked for straws for our drinks and we’re throw at me. When the food arrived we had asked for sauce and she just left and was doing other things we had to get her attention from across to remind her of the sauce she still did not bring it I got the attention from another employee if they could bring me the sauce I had asked for by then my food had already gotten cold. It was a very unpleasant experience.
Suggested solution:
A gift card to be able to re order and eat my food hot to actually enjoy it.
