My complaint:

I signed up for a free trial subscription canceled that prior to my trial ending. Apple containers charge my card $128 for a yearly subscription to a service that I do not use nor have I contacted Apple because my card recharged $128 for unauthorized transaction hence fraud so I submitted a refund request through Apple. It got denied the first time I resubmitted it and provided proof and what happened, they denied it the second time and told me to contact my bank to dispute it. I contact Cash App to dispute it. They denied my request. I resubmitted it with proof requested a supervisor did not get the supervisor submitted. It again got denied so I got my $128 taken from me from fraud and unauthorized purchase and two businesses will not provide me help or refund me my money so I’m submitting a formal complaint.
