My complaint:
5 different packages – items ordered on Jan. 6, 2022 – and marked online as having been delivered on Saturday Jan. 8, 2022 were not delivereddelivered to wrong address. In my online account I checked the tracking info on all of them ( on Jan , 8 and 9, 2022 ) and then markedlisted them as undelivereddelivered to wrong address. Amazon instructions advised me to wait 48 hours to give them time to fixre-deliver. On monday Jan. 10, 2022 I checked the tracking info again – ALL packages were listed as delivered to safe place. A safe place, according to info on amazon.com, is an alternate choice of address the customer approves and authorizes as a second acceptable delivery address. AT NO TIME – past or present – have I authorized -for ANY delivery- a safe place alternate address…as there IS NOT ONE! The only authorized delivery address is here, my standard, usual, as per on the orders address. When I try to contactreport to amazon there is no wayoption to report what has actually taken place (quite obviously arranged this way on purpose…) The only choices are returnrefund which require having items to send back – which I don’t have because they were NEVER delivered to me. Amazon’s Chat customer service service has not worked on their own browser NOR on the browsers their little failed service blurb recommends such as Chrome and Explorer. This delivery lie-bait-and-shuffle has so far cost me a large chunk of money I can’t replace or afford and has prevented me from recieving (and now being able to replace) a number of otc medicines and supplements I need for my health and comfort. I use amazon – even for food – as I am basically disabled and house bound. How do I get my money back or items replaced ( and ASAP!!! ) and have this obviously HACKED ontointo my personal accounts phony safe place address removed AND red flagged for future reference?

contact me immediately with and instant refund or no charge full replacement of all missingundelivered items and absolutely look into who liedhacked my personal account and order data to cover their own butt at my expense or whatever.
