Amazon complaint: Received the same wrong item twice.

My complaint:

I ordered a Westinghouse Heated Blanket (Queen) and received a smaller blanket. This happened twice in a row for the same item. Either the picker picked the wrong item twice or the item is out of stock and this is a way of stalling or you have some kind of system problem. I have not submitted another order to amazon. Instead I have ordered through EBAY. The latest Amazon order number is 113-4803330-6238633. As you should be aware, the northeast is experiencing a severe cold weather cycle and going through this order process is more than just inconvenient and aggravating.

Suggested solution:

Amazon should look at my order history and find out how the wrong item was sent twice and fix the problem so that it does not happen again.
