My complaint:
Brad the UPS supervisor delivered a package to my house 11292021 at 10:50am . He personally used his own car to deliver the package. The car pull in Brad dropped the package onto the gravel driveway and began to push a $450 bathroom sink and vanity up to the house stopping periodically to rotate the box because the cardboard was falling off of the box! He pushed the box 50’ up to the house ! This is what the delivered package that Brad the UPS Supervisor delivered to my house looked like ! This is Brad and his car !
Suggested solution:
He should be reprimanded in front of all the co-workers and personally apologizing to me at my house ! Or bless me with a gift card for the unprofessional behavior.
