My complaint:
It’s christmas and I got ordered a pc gaming chair for him With next day delivery. The next day we got told that this chair was cancled and when we got back to it had gone out of stock.but then we ordered another chair again eithnext day delivery then the next day didnt turn up btw it’s december 19 so I phoned up again and got told to wait the next day this happened till Saturday 22nd of December.then I phoned up on Saturday and they said that it will have to turn up on Friday the 28th,I tried to order it again as the lady told me and go told it was going to end up on Thursday and the chair will not arrive on Christmas.
Suggested solution:
??????????? They didn’t have one so we have to buy one with the Boxing Day sales
