My complaint:
The couch I lay byd will not fit in my lounge room they are wanting to keep my 650$ that I put down for a deposit when I don’t have a work income I’m a mother of 4 soon to be 5 and to have 650 stolen from under me it’s not acceptable also they are very rude
Suggested solution:
I would like just another product out of the desposit money
