Amart Furniture complaint: I did a click and collect order and now told i have to go somewhere else to pick up

My complaint:

Hello, I did a click and collect order ex Amart Hoppers Crossing for something that said was in stock at Hoppers crossing. And open till 8pm. I have just received a call to say we have to make a 2hour window time at the Truganina site between 10am and 4pm. The issue is, my husband and I work away on weekends, and we work weekdays between 6-5 and unable to drive to another location. I chose this Hoppers crossing store because my husband works across the road from there and can pick up in a lunch break or after work. This was not disclosed on the website at all otherwise I would not have bought them and gone somewhere else.

Suggested solution:

Deliver to my home within 24 hours after work or allow me to pick up now from AMart in Hoppers Crosing where they say they had stock.
