My complaint:
Hi my son ordered a bed. The bed head broken . He should be able to have it swapped over straight away. No, he has take all these pictures send all invoice all bar codes to customer service and he keeps getting pushed around!
This is not on. He should be able to show a picture and a new bed should be delivered asap! His mattress is on the floor which it should not be as it’s a special ergo mattress. It’s a joke that now he has to go all through this and has no bed frame. Because it was delivered broken and they have to assess it!
Suggested solution:
By issuing a new bed frame straight away! Instead of having to go through all this cumbersome carry on.
