My complaint:
I bought the mattress from Amart Furniture 2 years ago and it came with 10 year gurantee. Now in about 2 years it already started sagging and when i tried to make a claim they declined saying it falls under wear and tear and told me that i should have rotated the mattress every month.
I told them that no one gave me instruction on how to care a matress and got a response that it is on their website and also a common knowledge. i told them that i bought the matress in store and the sales person didn’t mention those things but still they declined the claim. At last i asked the customer service rep to send our converstaion to my email and he hasn’t replied yet. luckily i took screenshot of all the conversation.
Suggested solution:
either fix it or provide replacement
