My complaint:
I ordered and paid for a high quality version of the solar powered exhaust fan.My tracking no is Tracking : WI000568260475FPL. The dimensions of the fan was supposed to be 8.27 inches (21 cm) by 6.89 inches(17.5 cm)
Instead I received a much smaller fan probably the economy version. This seems to be typical of any sales done though Chinese company. It has happened to me before. Order something, get something else inferior. I want my refund, if you cannot send me the item I requested for.
Suggested solution:
Send me the item I requested for, or refund me. In future I shall thing twice before dealing with chinese companies like this
