My complaint:
Someone stole my account at aliexpress, changed my email and password, bought items close to 1400 dollars and aliexpress never notified me. The items were delivered to the person in less than 24 hours. After several complains, i still dont have access to my account and the person tried to buy items several times after my complain. I had to report to my bank to block my account. Aliexpress has still not restored my account and the stolen account is still operating. When i enter my legitimate email, it tells me it cannot be found.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money from all those purchases that i didnt authorise. I also need my account restored.
