My complaint:
I ordered size S of the dress but the seller sent me XL in the bag marked with S! I opened a dispute, and Aliexpress concluded that I have to return the dress and get full refund. Aliexpress also concluded that the seller pays returning shipping costs but that I have to negotiate with the seller regarding returning shipping costs. I told the seller that the returning shipping costs are 38,27€ and asked him how he was going to send me the money for them. I’m still sending him messages regarding shipping costs and he keeps avoiding the question! I know he won’t pay them. I already had such experience last year. I ordered resistance loops here https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32908900935.html?spma2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.35.129a18020K1mwf They sent me wrong loops, I opened a dispute, Aliexpress concluded to return the loops and get full refund and that the seller pays for shipping costs. I sent the loops back but seller never paid the returning shipping costs, so I lost 8€!
Suggested solution:
I want full refund, and that the seller sends me the money for returning shipping costs before I send it back! They are 38,27€.
